The venue prestation itself is paid on-site at the venue's price — never pre-charged here. This policy only covers our concierge service fee.

We only charge once we deliver
Stripe holds your card. We charge only after the venue confirms your reservation. If the venue can't host, the hold is released — €0 charged.
Talk to a human, not a form
Cancellations are handled on WhatsApp directly with Thibaut. No tickets, no hold music — usually a same-day reply.
Venue prestation, on-site only
What you pay on our site is the concierge fee. The venue's own cost (bottles, dinner, transfer) is settled on-site at the venue's price — never pre-charged here, so there's nothing to refund there.

Common questions
How do I cancel? +
WhatsApp Thibaut directly with your booking reference (KB-2026-...). One message, that's it. No forms, no portals.
When am I actually charged? +
Only when the venue confirms availability. Your card is authorized (held) at booking — never charged before confirmation. If the venue can't host, the hold is released and €0 is charged.
What about the venue's own cost? +
You settle that directly at the venue, at the venue's posted price. Nothing about bottles, dinner, or transfers is pre-paid here. Our cancellation policy only governs the concierge service fee charged on this site.
Group cancellations, bachelorette, stag — same rules? +
Same logic for the concierge fee. For larger packages, the venue itself may require its own deposit on-site. We'll always tell you the venue's terms before you sign anything.
I had a real emergency — can you help? +
Yes. Even at no-show level, message us. We're a small local team, not a faceless platform. Most of the time we'll find a way.
