How we work · Independent concierge — we book on your behalf
Transparent flat fee · No markup on venue pricesMarrakech Nightlife is an independent concierge — we don't operate the clubs, rooftops, dinner clubs or restaurants listed here. We introduce you to our venues and handle the booking, the briefing, and the on-site coordination for you. We get paid only through the small concierge fee shown on the booking step — the venue prestation itself (drinks, table minimum, dinner, transfer) is paid directly on-site at the venue's own price. We never add a markup on what the venue charges.

Marrakech Nightlife (operated by Hdigital, curated by DJ Teepana) acts as an independent concierge introducing clients to its venues, riads and experience providers. We are not the operator of these venues. Final reservations, on-site consumption, table minimum spends and any drinks, food, transfer or service paid on location are settled directly between you and the venue at the venue's own price. The amount paid via this site corresponds to our concierge service fee (research, booking, briefing, on-site coordination) — it is not a deposit on the venue prestation. Refund conditions are detailed in our terms. Final venue pricing is indicative and confirmed in writing within 24h; it only becomes binding once you approve it.

Plans change in Marrakech. Our policy is built for it.
We hold the table. You hold the option. Cancel up to 48h before and we refund the concierge fee in full.
Cancel any time up to 48 hours before. We refund 100% of the concierge fee. No questions asked.
Last-minute changes happen. We refund half the concierge fee — the other half covers the work already done with the venue.
We keep the full concierge fee — the venue held your table and the work is done. Reach out anyway: we'll do our best to help.
The venue prestation itself is paid on-site at the venue's price — never pre-charged here. This policy only covers our concierge service fee.
