Flowers is a rooftop restaurant and bar housed in a renovated riad at Dar Marjana in the Medina's Dar El Bacha quarter, helmed by chef Richard McCormick — founder of Helsinki's Yes Yes Yes and Holiday concepts. The kitchen fires seasonal sharing plates inspired by North African and Mediterranean flavours, using produce sourced directly from Moroccan growers. A second-floor dining room leads to a rooftop lounge bar with views over the medina. Expect a high-end experience — estimated 400–700 MAD per person.
