Housed in a renovated Art Deco gallery in Guéliz since September 2024, Farmers has rapidly ascended to become one of Marrakech's most acclaimed dining destinations. Chef Driss Aloui sources pesticide-free seasonal produce exclusively from Sanctuary Slimane, a permaculture farm outside the city, deploying techniques of fermenting, preserving, and slow roasting. The open kitchen creates an immersive theatre around dishes such as monkfish with aromatic beurre blanc and glazed aubergine with tahini and black garlic aioli. Winner of the MENA's 50 Best Sustainable Restaurant Award 2026.
